MYOFASCIAL RELEASE/BALL ROLLING - $45
Here’s your invitation to explore those sneaky sensations in your body that you might not make time for in a regular practice session/class Down-regulate with a 90-minute customized ball rolling class incorporating Dirgha pranayama (3- part belly breathing). Use self-myofascial release techniques by applying pressure to targeted areas of the body, where tension is often held. You control the location & the pressure while using the wall or props so the body feels supported Experiment with organic movement & leverage to find “just the right spot”. Notice sensory stimulation change (pain “creep” away) within minutes, ultimately activating the parasympathetic nervous system to yield a relaxed body & mind; perfect conditions to easefully transition into a meditative state.

Give & Gather - Free
Give & Gather is a free event series that brings people together to strengthen community through shared meals, meaningful conversation, creativity, and mutual support.
This August 29th Give & Gather will be at Fat Peach Farm! Throughout the evening (5-8pm) you’ll find opportunities to connect through our community potluck, storytelling, music, collaborative art, and the Give & Gather Offerings & Needs Boards—a simple way for neighbors to exchange skills, resources, and support. Together we’re creating a community where it’s easier to ask for help, offer help, and connect to one another.
The result is an evening where strangers become neighbors, ideas become collaborations, and generosity becomes visible and reciprocal.
Registration will open July 29th! We look forward to seeing you there!
