Therapeutic Yoga Series with Rachel


Therapeutic yoga operates from a mindful and heart centric model, by creating a safe environment and meeting each individual where they are to facilitate empowerment in each moment of our daily life. Blending multiple eastern philosophies and western physiology using the kosha model, the 5 intricately layers of our being.

Classes are lighthearted and interactive. I strive to make every practice fun and accessible, creating a positive and memorable learning experience for each student. Together, we can encourage awareness and inspire a loving connection to help achieve equilibrium. The true practice of yoga, the uniting of consciousness in the heart, is not about fixing something that is wrong, but about reminding ourselves of something right that needs remembering.

Every Wednesday morning from 10-11:30 a.m., August 5- Sept 9.
